The sirloin of a local wild roe or fallow deer. We can supply 500g or 1kg. This is fantastic meat. Marinate in olive oil and white wine and rosemary. Roast or BBQ at 220degrees. It takes about 10 minutes and a 15 minute rest for pink perfection. Grass fed roe and fallow deer is seriously good for you. It goes very well on a BBQ.
