The whole leg with the bone removed, about 1 - 3kg. A whole wild deer leg with the bone removed. Marinate it in olive oil and white wine with rosemary or oregano and perhaps garlic.  Roast or BBQ - about 30minutes. The deer come from the local woods, are very low in fat and full of goodness. Eating them helps control them and the local stalkers are the best in the world at what they do.
